Jakarta – On July 6, 2026, Interskala Group organized a series of welcoming activities, company visits, and internship preparation sessions for students of the Interskala Women's Dormitory from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta.

The program reflects Interskala Group's commitment to supporting the development of young talent by providing practical learning experiences in the professional workplace. Throughout the program, the students were introduced to the company's culture, various business units, and operational processes across the Interskala Group.

The program began with a welcoming session attended by the Founder of Interskala Group, Mrs. Aniek as the mentor of the Interskala Women's Dormitory, dr. Dewi Yennita Sari, Sp.Pk, along with an introduction to the companies operating under the Interskala Group. The students also participated in a question-and-answer session, allowing them to gain insights into the professional workplace and better understand the dynamics of the industrial environment.

As part of the program, the students took part in company visits to several businesses within the Interskala Group, including Sonic Service Center, PT BPR Interskala Mandiri Sejahtera (Bank Interskala), PT Interskala Mandiri Indonesia, PT Prima Indo Medilab, PT Interskala Medika Indonesia in Cikande, and PT Interskala Sehat Sejahtera. During the visits, they attended Product Knowledge sessions, learned about the roles of each department, and joined office tours to observe the daily operations of each company firsthand. Through these activities, the students gained a broader understanding of how the Group's various business units collaborate to support Interskala Group's overall operations.

"During the program, we were taken on office tours, introduced to the job responsibilities, and had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members. From what I saw, the working environment was really positive and enjoyable. It made me feel excited instead of nervous," said Dulce Maria Bella Natalie, a Communication Science student from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, during an interview at PT Interskala Mandiri Indonesia on Saturday (July 11, 2026).

Beyond the company environment, Interskala Group also invited the students to visit the National Museum of Indonesia, the National Gallery of Indonesia, and the National Monument (Monas). These visits provided an opportunity for them to broaden their knowledge of Indonesia's history, culture, and arts.

"We also visited the National Gallery, the National Museum, and Monas. Many of us had never been to Monas before. Experiencing it for the first time made us feel truly grateful. Thanks to Interskala, we had the opportunity to explore Jakarta free of charge," she added.
